No. Once a project pricing is shared with a channel partner, it becomes the final price for that project. We never undercut our partner’s price, and we never offer a lower quote directly to the customer. This ensures full trust and margin protection.
53. How does Celestra Solar protect the channel partner’s margins during negotiation?
All negotiation responsibility lies with the channel partner. We maintain fixed partner pricing, ensuring that your minimum margin is always secured. The customer cannot bypass you to obtain a discount.

Discounting is a business decision taken entirely by the channel partner. Celestra will not reduce the price at the backend. If you want to adjust your margin slightly to close the deal, you may do so independently.

This situation will never occur, because Celestra does not provide retail pricing to customers approaching through a channel partner. However, if a customer uses such a tactic, you can confidently state that all pricing is partner-based and Celestra does not engage in direct negotiations.

No. Even if customers call us, we immediately check the lead source and transfer them back to the channel partner. We maintain strict internal SOPs to ensure channel partners’ business is never affected.
